Armando R. Cavazos

President – Managing Partner

Armando is a business leader, entrepreneur, and founder of Synergies Plus Solutions, who is highly respected for his business acumen and insight.  Throughout his career he has contributed to his community by serving on the Board of Directors of a variety of enterprises, including financial institutions, non-profit entities, hospitals, universities, government, trade associations, and religious organizations.

Retiring after 30 years as the leader and CEO of Credit Union ONE in Michigan, he chose to start a merchant processing enterprise as a pathway to share his knowledge and expertise with clients and potential clients.  Armando is a leader by example who seeks to help others realize their potential. Through Armando’s vision, Synergies Plus Solutions has evolved into an enterprise which provides advice and education to the industries it serves.

Mr. Cavazos lives his motto of “Doing the Right thing – for the Right reason – the Right way.”  His dedication to people and the community has demonstrated his commitment to serving people. 

Armando, his wife, Kathy, their three children and seven grandchildren all live near each other in the metropolitan Detroit area.

John Cavazos

General Manager – Partner

John is the Synergies Plus Solutions operations executive with responsibility for its sales network and day-to-day operations.  John has more than 20 years of finance, investment and financial planning expertise, and is known for assisting clients and prospects through education, quality service, and timely advice.  
 

 

Mark Cavazos

Client Relations and Quality Service – Partner

Mark had executive responsibility for client relations and quality services. As an entrepreneur with more than twenty years of business ownership experience, Mark’s unique combination of business insight, expertise, personal drive, integrity, and people skills were instrumental in assisting clients’ plans for a successful enterprise. Mark’s interactions with clients and prospects assisted with improving their enterprise and focus on their core business.  Mark’s spirit of doing the “Right things for the Right reasons” lives on.

Cameron Wisler 

Controller

Cameron has twenty-five years of business operations and management experience as a business owner.  He has managed all aspects of a service industry, and has dealt with the influences of international competition.  Cameron manages all of the accounting and related business functions of Synergies Plus Solutions. 

Kenneth Sucher

Business Technology Partner

Kenneth W. Sucher is a seasoned technology and operations executive with over 40 years of experience in the financial services and technology sectors.  He has held senior leadership roles overseeing strategy, technology, and day-to-day operations in highly regulated environments.  His career spans major positions such as CIO, COO, and President of CO-OP Financial Services and R&D leadership at World Computer Corporation.  Sucher is known for his ability to align technology initiatives with business strategy, manage full P&L accountability, and build disciplined operation/organizational practices applied.
